Great communication skills and habits, at least 3 recent years of experience with Oracle E-Business with some prior experience as an Oracle EBS DBA with some development experience

Understanding of Oracle E-Business architecture

Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Database

Strong SQL, PL/SQL and Java programming background

Experience with Java either as a programmer or as a DBA supporting Java

Perl development experience

Installation, configuration and application upgrades

AD utilities, patching and automation and custom scripting
-
Defining and documenting business and technical requirements
-
Supporter of Change Management practices

Experience with tools such as Oracle Applications Manager, Oracle Enterprise Manager, custom-scripting, Quest, Toad etc.

Experience working in self-directed, high-performance teams

Highly organized, flexible, innovative, self-motivated, self-confident
